Small group exercise classes - Post-injury rehabilitation
Our small group exercise classes are a fun way to rehabilitate after an injury. Our exercise leaders are person-centred and will work collaboratively with your chiropractor, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and GP to help achieve your personal goals. We help people recover from ongoing back and neck pain conditions as well as balance disorders and post-injury recovery. Through the use of our centre's onsite rehabilitation gym, our trainers provide movement, strength, and brain-based therapy that is fun and engaging to help you reach your full physical potential.
